Stopped into Chinese & Sushi Express on a quest for any type of traditional chicken or duck dish. Menu online looks good, sorun on this visit was restaurant was sold out of many things at 9:30 pm. No Chicken Katsu, Duck wraps or any type of fowl. We settled on a Beef stir fried noodle and an Angry sush roll and sashimi, which btw sashimi freshness saved this from a three star meal.
